Such a nice expérience. From Lyon to Sidney. Planes are new, on time, 36h stopover in Dubai was a really nice experience. And most important, people are so nice and helpful! I had a Visa issue and they really helped and made the difference! Thank you!

I visited the Emirates office at Dolmen Mall to change seats for my booking. Madam R. Farasat assisted me during my visit. She explained the process clearly, guided me properly, and completed the seat change smoothly after informing me about the additional charges.Her attitude was polite and professional, and the service was handled without any issues. I am satisfied with the support provided and appreciate her help.

I have always been a loyal Emirates customer and have traveled with them many times, which makes this experience especially disappointing. During my flight to Dubai in August 2024,my luggage was damaged due to another passenger’s suitcase leaking, resulting in several of my personal belongings being ruined.I reported the issue and followed the correct procedures, expecting a response or resolution. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to follow up, no one has contacted me and the matter remains unresolved. The lack of communication and accountability has been very frustrating.Given Emirates’ reputation for high standards and customer service, I expected far better handling of this situation. This experience has significantly affected my confidence in the airline.

Booked with emirates a long fligth with 2 connections. Had booked with sufficient time for each connections. They changed the booking and the connection time shortened. So of course they had a delay with one of the flights causing me to miss the last connection.While in the plane I had asked the team if I would make my connection, the reply was litteraly "No clue", then I asked what I should do if I misssed the plane, same answer. No efforts made to help me make my connection.Because of the delay I had to stay and sleep in the airport for 11 hours, feed myself, and stay dirty. No arrangements made for me. I lost a night at my hotel with breakfast included to sleep on waiting room chairs and buy an expensive airport meal.Tried contacting the customer service since, and they keep denying responsibility.

For an expensive airline it was pretty disappointing. The flight was slightly delayed which was fine. We got on the plane and then was told 3 passengers onboard that shouldn’t be on it and it would take 15 mins to get bags off. One hour 40 mins later we are still sitting on plane to be then told 13 passengers in total had to be taken off.. I find this pathetic as our tickets were checked at least 4 or 5 times. Also an overnight flight supposed to leave at 2am staff woke me up to eat when all people wanted to do was sleep I told staff I didn’t want food from the start. . My bf screen was temperamental wouldn’t work one minute then it would again. Arrived in Dublin and have to say it was one of the worst landings I’ve experienced, the weather seemed calm so don’t understand what the issue was. After all the delays then the bags took over one hour to come through. So lots of people very unhappy.

Considering Emirates are one of the more expensive airlines, I expected more. All flights for my trip had delays. On-board entertainment didn't function 2 hours into flight, it was only attended to an hour prior to landing after an 8 hour flight. Cabin crew friendly but noisy througj out the flight. Boarding either delayd by an hour, staff only arrive 40 minutes after scheduled boarsing time in Dubai. On board service slow and fligjt are overcrowded. I don't recommend Emirates and am deeply disappointed in the quality vs cost experience.

My flight from London Heathrow to Dubai was delayed, resulting in missed connection and 24 hours of delay in reaching Ahmedabad.The boarding pass issued by Emirates staff failed to identify that the onward flight was operated by FlyDubai or to mention the correct terminal, causing significant confusion.Emirates ground staff did not provide adequate assistance or guidance during transfer. Instead held me hostage and said I can’t travel further unless I buy another ticket. The degradation of quality of services is abominable. Definitely don’t fly Emirates !!! Seems like a fraudulent set up with airport ground disorganisation to me.

The plane: complete junk. Scratched windows — I clicked a photo of the window myself — old/outdated screens, and the touch didn’t even work. I didn’t click a photo of the screen, but I found a picture online of the exact screen on this Sialkot flight, and yes, it looks exactly like that. The whole cabin felt worn-out — like flying a museum exhibit.It’s ridiculous that Emirates gives brand-new planes only to rich routes like London or New York, while routes like Sialkot (and many others) get this crap. We also want new planes, we also want to experience the real Emirates, not some worn-out relic. Fix it, Emirates!

We are deaf customers trying to arrange guide support in transfer between flights in Dubai. We have done this several times previously but last time was scary and confusing in a very large airport. Our agent tells us Emirates charge for this service but not for wheelchair users.

Flight Delayed, well it happens. Infact I would say as the airline has policies for compensation then I would say its Standard Operating Procedure. So my flight from Bangkok to Dubai on Jan 1st@2045 - Flight EK373 had an issue ending with an 8 to 10 hour delay in departure. I missed my connection flight as a result and was forced to wait 20+hours for another flight when I finally got to Dubai. They did put me up in a hotel, but dont be under any illusion about rolling deserts and magesctic views, it was the equi of a premier inn on a retail park (however the restaurant was top notch)This delay also incurred me a £61 overstay fine and manchester meet and greet.Things happen and thats not the issue. The problem is getting my money compensation. Also please note that I am a frequent flyer with Emirates clocking up 1000's of miles a year with frequent asia visits. Firstly I couldnt find an obvious link on the website. I did fill a form in, providing a picture of the overstay reciept, detailing the flight etc. The result being they ignore the overstay ticket and refunded the extra I had paid for the seats.... completely missing the point. I then filled in another form (flight delay certificate). Please be mindful when filling this in as it defaults in values even replacing the ones you put in. For example I noticed after the submission that it had defaulted the current date back in, not the departure date I had entered. I spoke to live chat who was less than useful, all I got from that segment of my life was that I would get a response in 30 days.firstly there was no mention of that on any formsecondly... it didnt take 30 days for Emirates to get the flight money off me, why I am waiting so long?I will now (no doubt) have to join a long call queue to try and speak to a human about this. I stopped using my previous long haul provider for similar reasons. i.e. when the mess up is theirs it takes forever and lots of effort to get a refund. this should be a stress free simple process.Any benifits of a 3 week break over christmas were wiped out by the delay on the hassle I am having getting compensation. I hope somebody from emirates will reach out to me so expidite resolving the problem and I will provide them with ticket numbers etc I didnt want to put those details on here. I am actually waiting to book another flight for march/april but reluctent as I feel it will muddy the water. This is only the 2nd review I have writen, but why is it always the same problem...fighting tooth and nail to get money back from a company that can take thousands off me in the blink of an eye with no problems.
