Sorted by: Most recentGot hit with mystery charges after canceling my membership back in 2020. The Greener Life Club site wasn't working right so I bailed on it immediately and never signed up again. Fast forward to May of this year and I'm reviewing my bank statements when I notice I'd been charged three years in a row without my permission or knowledge. Turns out they kept billing me for 2022, 2023, and 2024. My bank stepped in and reversed the 2024 charge, but when I asked the company to refund the other two years, they flat out refused. Their excuse was that I placed the orders, which is completely false. I never authorized anything after canceling that first membership. This feels intentional on their part, like they're trying to quietly grab money from old customers to make up lost ground. What really gets me is how there are basically zero reviews for this company anywhere online. Not a single one on Amazon, Google, their own site, nowhere. That's extremely suspicious for a business operating in today's world. Planning to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, state attorney general, and the Federal Trade Commission about this whole situation.
