The customer service here is truly top notch. I needed to send flowers to someone at work but didn't have her address, and Khalia went above and beyond to help me figure it out. I used to always get flowers from this company for my wife. Then my last order came in and most of the flowers were already dead with broken stems. It was terrible. My wife actually had to send them a professional complaint email about how disappointed she was. They got back to us a month later with a replacement, which didn't help since the occasion had already passed, and that second order was just as bad! I won't be ordering from them again.
