The customer service here left a lot to be desired. Our prints came back with quality issues like chipped color areas, bleeding lines, and dark smudges on white parts. When we tried to resolve it, they basically said tough luck and offered a gift card instead. We ordered a simple logo with text underneath, but they printed the words in a white box rather than as separate letters. That's not what our original file showed at all. After sending six separate emails asking for solutions, they wouldn't budge. The only thing they'd give us was store credit, but honestly the quality was so poor we didn't want to order from them again. This might work fine for a one-time party decoration, but if you need something that'll look good on your wall for years, go somewhere else. I'd suggest finding a real printing shop that actually stands behind their work.

I have to say the same thing everyone else is saying: skip Fathead for custom work. They made it sound like custom orders automatically get a proof, but then said that wasn't the case after I got my order. More importantly, the fact that they looked at what they printed and thought it was acceptable is baffling. I should've checked third party reviews first, so I share some blame here. But I'm definitely not going back.

Their customer service is a nightmare! I really wanted to support a US-based manufacturer, but I'm regretting that decision. Placed an order over three weeks ago for 15 custom pieces for a volleyball team event, and I can't get any shipping information or responses to my emails. Email is literally the only way to contact them. At this point I'm seriously considering canceling and fighting for my refund of over $400. I won't be coming back to them.
