When we tried to resolve it, they basically said tough luck and offered a gift card instead. We ordered a simple logo with text underneath, but they printed the words in a white box rather than as separate letters. That's not what our original file showed at all. After sending six separate emails asking for solutions, they wouldn't budge. The only thing they'd give us was store credit, but honestly the quality was so poor we didn't want to order from them again. This might work fine for a one-time party decoration, but if you need something that'll look good on your wall for years, go somewhere else. I'd suggest finding a real printing shop that actually stands behind their work.

They made it sound like custom orders automatically get a proof, but then said that wasn't the case after I got my order.
