The site is constantly crashing and when I messaged about it, all I got back was more promotional ads. This is ridiculous.
I've shopped at Felina for over fifteen years. Recently I tried two new products I hadn't purchased before, spending almost a hundred dollars. I returned them on time in their original packaging because I was really let down by the quality. The items were cheaply made and sized completely wrong. The XL's were actually small to medium. The material was thin like paper and poorly constructed. It looked like dollar store merchandise. Did Felina start working with manufacturers in countries that produce low quality goods? Seems that way. They only refunded about forty-three dollars. I lost almost fifty bucks on this. I've already posted reviews about both the products and the return process online. I told Felina right away I wanted my money back and for them to fix this. I've completely lost trust in this company and my confidence in their products.

The leggings I ordered in a pack fit way too small. I tried starting a return through their website but it won't let me finish the process. Emailed customer service and got no reply. I'll keep trying but this is definitely my last order from them. They need to get their system working properly.

I ordered leggings on a Saturday and never got an order confirmation email. When I called them, they gave me a tracking number for a package stuck in transit. I asked them to cancel and refund my card. They said they would, but then the package actually arrived.
