Their products are okay at best but the customer service is completely awful. There basically is no customer service. I ordered almost three hundred dollars worth of items in good faith and one item came missing. I've emailed and used their chat feature every single day, some days multiple times, and haven't gotten a single response. Nothing. My only option now is to return everything and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Whatever you do, do not shop here. Seriously, do not order from them. There's literally nobody there helping customers. They don't even list a phone number publicly.

I ordered socks that came back marked as undeliverable even though I never got them and had delivery confirmation to the company. I've emailed four times asking for a refund and gotten nothing. No responses, no calls, no money back. It's been a month. This will be my only order from them. Be careful. I'm questioning if they're even a legitimate business.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They list a phone number where nobody answers. Messages go unreturned. Emailing back and forth just goes to one person who responds unprofessionally. When you try their online chat, it's the same person sending those slow emails. It's almost funny. A manager promised to get back to me to resolve my issue but I'm still waiting months later. It feels like they're running this out of a car trunk somewhere. I only lost about twenty bucks but I'll never purchase anything from them again.

Got two of the marvelous side smoothing t-shirt bras and they're terrible. The side material provides zero support, it's just extra fabric. There's no reinforcement to actually keep your sides smooth under your arms like it's supposed to do. The extra fabric just slides down and makes the whole bra uncomfortable.

The company itself seems legitimate, but I got hooked by an Instagram ad and then found their site really hard to work with. Most items in popular sizes were out of stock. It's a pretty limited selection honestly. Customer service is basically nonexistent. You have to email them and wait forever for replies. I sent an email in late August and didn't hear back until mid-September. Now I'm trying to return something and it's been over a week with no response. The actual merchandise quality is decent, but their inventory management and support are a mess.
