Zero accountability from this business. I placed an order with them and they were super responsive at first, eager to take my money. But once I started having problems with what I bought, they completely ghosted me. I've tried contacting them via email, phone calls, and messages repeatedly over the past couple weeks with absolutely no response whatsoever. This is irresponsible, dishonest, and just bad business practice all around. It's clear that customers only matter when they're making a purchase. After the transaction goes through, the company disappears. According to federal law, there are specific rules about how companies must handle consumer product warranties and guarantees. These laws exist to stop dishonest business practices and require companies to be upfront about warranty details before you buy. Companies aren't allowed to make you use their brand of parts or services to keep your warranty valid. FemmeFunn advertises a one year limited warranty, but I haven't even been able to reach them to file a claim about the defective product I received.
