Cross your fingers they arrive by Christmas if you order from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you enjoy paying for things that never arrive.
Bad quality product and nowhere to turn for help. I ordered personalized stationery with a 10 to 13 day delivery window. A month later and the note cards still haven't shipped. The notepads did arrive but came without the accompanying holder. Everything was crammed into a box haphazardly so the notepad pages got torn and bent up. The invoice had an email address to use for questions but two emails to that address both bounced back saying it doesn't exist. Had to dispute it through my credit card company.
Absolutely awful. They said it would get here in two weeks but I'm at week four now and don't even need it anymore since my event already happened. I've sent so many emails and nothing. It hasn't even shipped yet. Spent forever on hold trying to reach someone and when I finally did, the only customer service person told me she's buried in calls. Still no fix. Please order elsewhere. Already filed a claim with my credit card company.
This place used to be a solid local operation but that changed in 2016 when new ownership took over and moved everything out of state. The original staff had years of knowledge about the products. The company relocated to an out-of-state call center with barely any training. Quality has definitely taken a hit since then.
Terrible place to do business. I put in an order in April and have sent five emails that nobody answered. Called three times but could only reach someone once after waiting half an hour on hold, and all they said was it's being processed. I need this personalized item for a graduation party coming up in three days. It probably won't get here in time and I can't do anything about it because they're impossible to reach. Find a different company.
Got a self inking stamp with misaligned text. Asked them to fix it and they sent back the exact same messed up stamp. No explanation, just appeared on my doorstep without any notice. I definitely wouldn't risk ordering something important from them, like wedding stationery.
These guys don't care about their customers. I ordered stationery and paid nearly 12 bucks for shipping back in November. It's mid-December and still nothing. When I checked the tracking on the FedEx shipment, it was stuck in the middle of the country with no expected delivery. I reached out asking them to just send a replacement, but the response was rude and dismissive, basically just repeating what I already told them. I followed up again saying the package seemed lost and they needed to reship, but they insisted a new order would take even longer. That makes zero sense. Almost a month has gone by and there's still no delivery estimate. I'm out 50 bucks and the person this was supposed to be for never got their gift. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
Wish I could give this negative. They won't respond to any of my messages and my order still hasn't shown up. Are they even operating anymore?
Never thought I'd receive premium stationery with no actual box. I got four sets as Christmas gifts for my family and they showed up loose in a plastic bag. Each set was over two and a half dollars per card. I sent an email to their customer service complaining and heard nothing back. Won't be ordering from them again.
My order arrived super late and then they misspelled my name on it. The company kept saying it was the vendor's fault and promised overnight shipping on replacements. Those replacement cards came even later than expected and definitely weren't overnighted. Still waiting for my corrected items almost a week past the original delivery date. Constantly pointing fingers at the vendor instead of helping. Would've been better off ordering straight from them myself. Total nightmare.
