Flow Alkaline Spring Water Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Flow Alkaline Spring Water
Flow Alkaline Spring Water is rated 1.3 out of 5 by 8 shoppers, with the vast majority of reviews expressing serious dissatisfaction. Shoppers report multiple critical issues: orders that fail to arrive for months despite payment collection, unresponsive customer service despite stated 24-hour response times, damaged shipments with items going missing in transit, and product quality concerns including visible contamination (dark sludge in bottles) and chemical odors or tastes. Several reviewers note that quality and reliability declined noticeably after the company was acquired by a larger corporation.
While one reviewer mentions that the water itself tastes good when it arrives, this positive note is overwhelmed by widespread complaints about fulfillment failures, lack of accountability, and poor customer communication. The pattern suggests systemic operational problems rather than isolated incidents, with customers reporting months-long waits for orders, repeated unfulfilled promises of delivery within days, and continued marketing outreach despite unresolved service failures.

Sorted by: Most recentBought their Glow Peach Blueberry flavor and started drinking it without checking first. I noticed dark floating sludge contamination inside the bottle, which is seriously alarming. Who knows what that black stuff is or what it could do to my health? When I contacted the company with photos, they just offered a refund instead of actually explaining what happened. They blocked me on two different company email addresses too! I wanted them to tell me what caused it and confirm they tested the batch for safety issues, but instead they shut me out. This mass-produced product clearly has serious problems, and blocking customers who drink debris from it is totally unacceptable. I have multiple pictures documenting everything.
Used to be the best water we'd ever tasted, but everything changed after the company got sold to a bigger corporation. Quality tanked hard. We bought five cases of the one liter six packs recently and could only finish one case. Every single other case smelled and tasted like chemicals, like something you'd use for glue. The taste was so strong it burned our throats. You can smell it immediately when you open the bottle. Plus the bottles themselves are falling apart now. Even worse, there's no way to talk to a real person at Flow anymore. They've automated everything with AI responses to emails, which shows they don't care at all. We're done buying this and I'm telling everyone else to stay away for their own health.
I ordered four cases and two went missing in transit while the other two arrived damaged. Asked for someone to reach out and still haven't heard anything. They claim they respond within 24 hours, but that's not happening. The service is unreliable and I can't even get anyone to contact me back.
Placed my order back in January and still haven't gotten it after four months! Every time I reach out, they tell me there are fulfillment problems and promise to send it soon, but nothing ever arrives. What really gets me is they keep sending marketing emails, texts, and social media ads like everything is fine. They know exactly what they're doing here. This feels like straight up theft.
The water itself is great, I really do love it. My problem is they never actually deliver what they charge you for. They collect payment but then don't show up and come up with weak excuses whenever I ask. I've been buying from them since the start, but the last five months have been a disaster with no deliveries. How is this even acceptable business practice?
Flow Water charged me on March 12 for a ten case order. It's now mid-April and the water hasn't shown up. I've followed up three separate times and each time they say delivery is coming in three to five days. Still nothing after six weeks. When I asked a fourth time about when it's actually arriving, they sent me an email saying they're refunding the money instead? No explanation, no water, no help, and I haven't even received the refund yet! Do not do business with Flow Water.
This hurts to write since I've been loyal to Flow for a long time. Used to order through Amazon, then switched to ordering directly from their site. At first, deliveries were reliable and consistent. But everything changed when they switched their shipping to GoBolt. Now my orders show up whenever they feel like it, and half the time the bottles arrive damaged or leaking when I open them. I complained to Flow multiple times and got nowhere. They sent me a free box as an apology, but GoBolt held onto it for a week without moving it. Finally got a delivery window of 9 AM to 9 PM, so I stayed home all day. At 7:30 PM they texted that they couldn't deliver and rescheduled for the next day. I gave up and emailed Flow, but they just made excuses about route issues. The whole situation was handled terribly.
Three months have passed since I ordered Flow Alkaline Spring Water and my order still hasn't arrived. I got two separate emails saying it would ship within forty-eight hours, but neither time did anything actually happen. It's super frustrating to keep waiting for a company that clearly can't follow through. Their customer service team has been useless and barely communicates at all. For a company that talks so much about quality and customer care, this experience was completely disappointing. Skip this brand and look elsewhere instead. Highly do not recommend them.
