Sorted by: Most recentInteresting concept but really not worth the hassle. This company has been incredibly disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. I've attempted to update my shipping address in their system five different times, but it keeps going back to the old one. As a result, they've delivered food to the wrong address three times now. Just today they told me my order was on its way and would definitely arrive, but instead it got sent to an address I use for occasional shipments out west. There's no phone support available, so you're stuck waiting around for text responses from their team. When they do text back, they send confusing messages that bring up a bunch of unrelated changes all at once. Pretty let down by the whole experience.
