The delivery company wasn't great with handling my package - they were rude and just tossed it on my porch without caring what was inside or whether it could get damaged. Luckily nothing broke, but their service was pretty unprofessional. I called Petlibro about it and Vincy answered right away, checked to make sure everything was okay with the product, and promised to give the delivery company some feedback about their performance.
