The team at Petlibro really helped me out when I had trouble with my fountain. They walked me through different tests and figured out what was wrong. My cat is loving her fountain and we're grateful for the help!

The delivery company wasn't great with handling my package - they were rude and just tossed it on my porch without caring what was inside or whether it could get damaged. Luckily nothing broke, but their service was pretty unprofessional. I called Petlibro about it and Vincy answered right away, checked to make sure everything was okay with the product, and promised to give the delivery company some feedback about their performance. We're really happy with our Petlibro products and their support team is excellent, super responsive and always makes you feel like they've got your back.

I purchased an RFID feeder from PetLibro and ran into a small problem where the door was closing while my pet was still in the middle of eating, though it would open back up once my cat backed away. My cat could still get food but it wasn't working right. I reached out to customer support not really expecting much, but I sent them a video of what was happening and they literally shipped out a replacement feeder that same day. Honestly this might be the best customer service experience I've had. It's really refreshing to work with a support team that handles issues this quickly and smoothly.

Love this company and their service is fantastic! Got the automatic RFID feeder and it works great. It keeps my one cat from eating while letting my other one graze whenever she wants. Plus their support team made ordering an extra part super simple!

Been using a Petlibro cat feeder and water fountain for a while now and really liked them, so when they released the Luma litter box, I figured why not get an automatic one too. Since I'm away from home frequently, it's fantastic having an automated system so my pet sitter can spend more time with my cat instead of dealing with litter box maintenance. The litter box looks fantastic and feels really sturdy. My cat adapted to it in just a few days like the instructions said. A few days in though, I stopped getting notifications on my phone even though the box kept working fine. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and reached out to support. Trina got back to me in a couple hours and kept checking in with different fixes and updates. Within a week or so she told me they'd fixed it on their end and the notifications have been working great since then. Really impressed with how responsive and genuinely caring Trina was!

I've gotten several items from PetLibro over time, all trying to make my pet care easier and more automated. Like most things that connect to the internet, occasionally something quirky happens, but PetLibro definitely backs up what they sell and will team up with you to sort it out. Sometimes troubleshooting gets a bit repetitive and you end up answering similar questions multiple times, but the products come with solid warranties that they actually honor. When I'm looking for pet care automation, PetLibro is my first choice because I know they're going to look out for both me and my cat.
