Super disappointed with this experience. I placed my order in mid-December and didn't get a shipping notification until early January. I called on the 26th because I wanted to pull the order since it was supposed to be a holiday gift, but nobody called me back. When it finally arrived the first week of January, it had taken almost a month total. The frame itself is okay looking, but it turned out to be veneer only, not the solid burl wood it seemed to suggest. For the price, this just wasn't worth it and I'm really let down. I'll probably still use it somewhere, but it's not good enough for gift-giving.
