Ordered a strap that looked like it should be around fifteen bucks, but ended up paying forty dollars total because the shipping fees weren't displayed clearly during the ordering process. If I had known the real total upfront, I never would have made the purchase. Then on top of that, when the strap showed up, it couldn't even be used without buying a separate adapter piece, and that requirement wasn't explained well enough before I ordered. Really frustrating and deceptive way to do business.

Their return policy really stinks. I purchased a watch but wasn't happy with how the band connects, so I decided to send it back. They told me returns weren't allowed since all sales are final. Problem is, their website clearly stated that Black Friday purchases had an extended return window since they understood some of these watches would be Christmas gifts. The watch itself is fine, but that return policy makes no sense so definitely be certain before you buy.

Skip this place!!! Their customer support team is really disappointing. They don't seem to care at all if you receive a defective watch. Heads up to other shoppers - they won't work with you to fix the problem. I won't be ordering from them again.
