Same day delivery has not happened

Terrible service! Ordered Easter flowers and chocolates for my mother. They haven’t arrived. Said same day delivery.

Canceled day of…

Would leave 0 if I could. Placed order Wednesday to be delivered Saturday for a family member’s birthday and they canceled day of at 2:30 pm. Horrible experience!

My friend received the cute little…

My friend received the cute little smiley mug full of flowers, but it turned out that he was allergic and his wife had to remove them from his room to her room. She is enjoying them, but sadly, he isn't. Thanks, we tried.

Ordered flowers for my friend…

Ordered flowers for my friend undergoing a procedure. The picture on the website does not even come close to representing what they delivered.Was charged $49.99 for the beautiful orange colored arrangement. What they sent had a few flowers tons of greenery and baby's breath filler. When I contacted them, their response was to refund me $8.40. And, there was no card so she had no idea I had thought of her!

The flowers arrived four days late and…

The flowers arrived four days late and there was no person to talk to. I had to keep going online and search for the reason for why the flowers were late. I was embarrassed because my lady didn't receive her flowers on Valentine's Day. Very unhappy and disappointed with the terrible service. Will not use ever again.

Had ordered from FYF for years

Had ordered from FYF for years, several times annually and delivered product has dropped off in quality markedly Recent/ final order for 4/3/26 was a very poor reproduction of the advertised and pictured bouquet. Arrived in a box bundled with a rubber band snd clearly from a warehouse and not a florist. Embarrassing bouquet sent to friends and will not use FYF again. Did NOT contact company as easier to switch to another delivery / flower service. Caveat emptor. NOTE: Was contacted 4/4/26 by a customer service rep. and offered a partial refund which increaed to a full refund with no difficulty. Explained that delivered item bore no resemblance to advertised product and full smount was refunded to PP account within minutes. Will not return as customer but had no problem with refund.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. From the actual flowers (which were wrong) along with the wrong colors, wrong size (both bouquets so much smaller.) just a waste of money and headache. AVOID these people like the plague. So disappointed and upset.

Took so long to deliver

Took so long to deliver, It’s been a day already and my recipient hasn’t receive the flowers, this is too frustrating. Poor customer service and delivery.

No urgency and low quality flowers

I ordered flowers to arrive at my mom’s workplace for her birthday. She is a teacher, so I paid an extra fee for the delivery to be in the morning. The flowers ended up arriving between 4-5pm and she had to drive back to work to pick them up. I was given no communication or heads up about the delay nor was I given a refund for the expedited delivery fee. The flowers also were “premium”, but when they arrived they looked no better than flowers from any grocery store. Not at all like the photo advertised. Sad to say I will not be using this service in the future.

I had a really disappointing experience…

I had a really disappointing experience with From You Flowers. I paid $50 for a delivery that was meant to arrive yesterday, but it didn’t show up. When I called, I was told it was “in transit,” and when I followed up again the next day, I was given the exact same response with no real update.Things got even worse with the delivery driver. He called both me and the recipient saying he was nearby and about to deliver, but the flowers never arrived. When I called him back, he suddenly claimed he was TWO HOURS away—completely contradicting what he had just said. He then blamed a “wrong address,” which is simply not true. The address provided was correct—he just couldn’t find it.To make matters worse, he was rude and unprofessional, and even threatened to return the flowers instead of delivering them.Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience with poor communication, misleading updates, and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend using this service.
