Completely terrible service. My mom was in the hospital and I placed an order four days ago with expedited shipping paid. It's been four days and they haven't even sent it for delivery, despite sending them several emails back to back. They guaranteed it would ship that day and kept making promises it would be delivered, but nothing actually happened. The company is very unprofessional and their disregard for honoring their commitments is shocking. I won't use them ever again and I'm warning everyone else to go elsewhere if you need dependable flower delivery. My mom will probably be discharged before those flowers ever arrive.
Absolutely horrible experience. My mother was hospitalized and I ordered flowers four days back, even paid extra for rush delivery. Four days have passed and the flowers still haven't left their facility, despite multiple emails I've sent. They kept saying it would go out that same day and making promises about delivery, but nothing happened. This company is incredibly unprofessional and their failure to deliver on what they promised is completely unacceptable. I'll never order from them again and I'd strongly recommend everyone else avoid them if you need reliable flower delivery. At this rate my mom will be home from the hospital way before these flowers show up.
Had problems both times I've ordered from them. First order had a same day delivery charge but didn't arrive until nearly 8PM the next day, and the flowers looked like they'd been sitting in a hot vehicle all afternoon. Second order was for a custom photo vase which turned out to be just a printed photo clipped to a regular vase with a binder clip. The lilies came with mostly buds instead of blooms and there were way fewer stems than the website picture showed. Won't be coming back.

The order also contained way less than half the flowers pictured on their website! The chocolates were tiny, maybe ten pieces, for what costs $25 - that's beyond cheap, it's straight up deceptive. They should be upfront about what's actually in each arrangement instead of misleading photos. This company needs to shut down.
