Awful experience from start to finish. They charged my account but the shipment never went out, then they just cancelled the whole order without notifying me. Getting my money back turned into a nightmare of repeated phone calls, having to send documents through fax of all things, and jumping through endless hoops just to get the cancellation confirmed and refund processed. Never shopping here again.
