I ordered 5 boxes and only received 3. Their response was that it wasn't their problem and refused to issue a refund even though their packaging was what caused the shipment to arrive incomplete. I then went to their Instagram page and left comments letting people know about their bad service and poor packaging quality. I found out two other customers had the same issue. A few hours after I posted, the company deleted my comments and restricted what other people could comment. They even blocked me after I called them out about the deletion. This is not how a legitimate business should operate.
I was honestly surprised by all the negative reviews online because my experience was really positive. I ordered a large bag of raspberry leaf tea and a smaller bag of nettle and both were good quality. Everything arrived as described and the shipping was quick. The customer service team kept me informed at every stage and even threw in a discount code for my next purchase. From start to finish, everything went smoothly.

That still doesn't justify advertising 30 servings when you're only getting 23. On top of that, the flavor wasn't what I expected from a chai blend and it tasted quite weak. I won't be ordering from them again.

The company is based in Oregon and their customer service was basically nonexistent with just a bunch of polite but unhelpful responses. They blamed the delay on USPS but apparently they created the label and then sat on it for a week before shipping. The pricing is outrageous for what you get. You could buy the same tea from China for half the price and get twice as much. They put on a good front until you pay them, then nothing. Don't waste your money here when you can get better quality for less elsewhere.

Dandelion is the first ingredient and while the other components are solid, this blend is genuinely unsafe for anyone dealing with severe kidney problems like stage 4 failure. I had one cup and experienced severe pain. The company's only response is to tell people to talk to their doctor. I did see a doctor and told them that, but they still didn't care. I asked them to just look up dandelion and see how harmful it is for kidney issues, but they refused. I called and explained the danger and a staff member basically said she didn't like how I was bringing it up. They clearly only care about selling products and making money. When I asked for a refund, the person became hostile. This company lacks basic ethics and responsibility. They should not be allowed to operate without proper warnings. How many other people have been hurt by their products?
This company is terrible. Their website guaranteed delivery on a specific day if I paid extra for rush shipping, so I did. But my package arrived on day 4 instead of the promised 1 to 2 days, and I needed it as a gift. When I complained to their support team, they were incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge their system gave false delivery dates. I had to ask them twice about it before they just sent me a return label and said there would be a $5 charge for the return. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. Support much better companies that at least treat customers with basic respect.
