I ordered a couch cover on 1/1/26 (order #FF340CA). I received my item on 3/24/26...nearly 3 months later! During this time, I sent 2 emails, asking for a status report. No reply either time. Because there was no communication from FuunyFuzzy, I bought a different couch cover. In an attempt to return the FunnyFuzzy couch cover I no longer want or need, I followed the return policy instructions to get a return address but again, no response after one week. Looks like I'm out $149.

Placed order nearly 3 weeks ago despite emails still no confirmed dispatch tracking number even though I’ve been told my order has been given priority dispatch - reading other reviews at this point I have zero faith in my order being dispatched anytime soon

Ordered a dog bed 11 days ago, still didn’t receive any info about the order being sent. With reading other reviews i dont see a need to wait to write mine as i am already deeply dissatisfied. I dont want your product anymore, I want my money back!

Ordered a product. Waited 7 weeks. No communication and not product received - no shipping details…nothing. Sent emails 3 bounced back as email addresses was incorrect. Another email - no reply at all.

I ordered on 3.8.26 although they immediately sent an email stating "Order is on the way" no tracking number was given and instructions to track I had to download their app. On 3.22.26 I reached out to customer service. I reached out to my credit card company on 3.24.26 . Then on 3.27.26 I finally hear from customer service with a tracking number. The tracking number shows my product is on an airplane with an estimated arrival of 10 days- Arrival to customs? To me? Their website does not indicate the product is coming from Hong Kong- the corporate headquarters is in Washington. I still do not have the product so I have no idea of the quality, etc. What I bought is not cheap, I spent over $100. Now they ask for a review? BUYER BEWARE

After reading some bad reviews we were prepared for bad shipping times and quality issues. the shipping took 4 weeks from order, however, had notification when shipping commenced so knew it was on its way. Quality is ok, however, after looking at reviews it was expected, however, happy with what we have received and quality not as bad as we expected.

It took way too long to get it and it’s not I expected. It looked a lot better in the picture for a large dog. It’s not fitted well.

The arm covers should be longer to cover the arms - not hang over the sides. The chair covers need to be wider. Also, the third cushion couch covers need a third square piece of material to help secure it. Otherwise, so far so good. I liked that it was vacuum sealed- easy to store if needed. It was easy to open and place in the furniture.

I ordered 3 items on 2/19/26. By March 8 I had not received any updates on the order and no shipping confirmation. I emailed the company on March 8 and got no response. I clicked on 'view my order' on their site and it got updated to 'On it's way' on March 10 but when you click on the supposed tracking number listed there it just said 'no shipping info for your order yet'. Still no response to my email or updates to the shipping as of March 29 at which time I emailed them again. Will see if I get a response this time but not holding out hope....
