Heads up to potential customers: this company is really unreliable. Placed an order for a bed over a month ago and it never arrived. They don't communicate at all. I've sent multiple emails and gotten nothing back, plus there's no phone number to call. Learned an expensive lesson here. Would advise staying away from this business.

I'm pretty sure they charged my account without actually having the items ready to ship. The poor communication is really frustrating. It looks like they're keeping my money without urgency and waiting for me to cancel instead. I shouldn't be financing them for free, and a month plus of waiting is not acceptable! Would not recommend based on this situation.

Update from a month later: They finally said it's coming but never gave me tracking info or when I should expect it. Nothing's changed and their support is still unhelpful and vague. Still waiting on a real answer to my support inquiry. Back in late February I placed an order for pet items for my dog's special occasion. Almost two months have gone by with no delivery or clear timeframe provided. Their first message around early March referenced holiday delays from overseas which I got, but by mid March they still couldn't give me any specifics, just mentioned they were pressuring their supplier. Haven't heard anything meaningful since. At this point I feel like they just took my payment without any real intention to fulfill the order. The lack of clear updates is really disappointing. Honestly seems like they wanted to use my money interest free. I'm not okay with that and losing this much time is ridiculous! Definitely wouldn't suggest using them based on this nightmare.
