Got a single message saying the item would ship soon, but the link they gave me to track my order doesn't actually work. Every time I try accessing the order tracking section on their site, I get an error message claiming the tracking system is down for maintenance and to try again later. Their customer support team has extremely limited hours, working in a different time zone and staying closed on weekends. At this point I'm wondering whether this outfit is just a shell operation designed to collect payments without actually sending products. I'm hoping they prove me wrong and my package shows up soon, because then I'd be happy to update this review accordingly.
