Amazing value for the money! I grabbed the US20 men's jacket and at that price point it's a steal. It's heavy, looks sharp, and honestly for the cost, you can't ask for better.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews out there. I just bought a SUP paddle from them on sale at an incredible price. It showed up in five days without any issues and works exactly as it should. I even called customer support before placing the order to ask about delivery timing and they answered immediately with all the info I needed.

I'd suggest shopping somewhere else. As a regular customer, I felt totally taken advantage of here. I ordered a jacket and pants combo that seemed like an amazing deal, but it turned out to be too good to be true. I sent the pants back but they've been giving me the runaround about the refund. Still waiting on that. To make matters worse, the jacket is falling apart at the zipper, collar, and seams. Really let down, and the way they're handling the refund situation is honestly inexcusable.

I've had multiple issues with purchases from this retailer. I bought a clock that was supposed to project time on walls and it didn't work properly, along with a few other items. They were cheap enough that returning wasn't worth the hassle. But then they sent me a mislabeled size in an underwear package and only offered 15% off. That's the last time I'm ordering from them.
