My initial order arrived incomplete, and when they said they'd fix it, the replacement shipment got stuck in limbo for what felt like forever. Pretty sure the rest of my stuff never made it to me at all. Even worse is how they just ignore you when you reach out with concerns. I completely ran out of pouches last week because of how badly they handled everything. I've already moved on to another company that respects their customers and gets orders here within a few days. They really need to get their act together and do better.
