Starting to get the feeling this might be some kind of scam operation. Purchased a Rocketbook Pro and they charged my account three weeks back, but the product never showed up. I've sent multiple messages to their support team and haven't gotten a single response. Really wishing I hadn't made this purchase because at this point I'm pretty sure that money is gone for good.
Had a rough experience with their support team. I've been really happy with my two Rocketbooks and wanted to grab a replacement since one developed curled edges after about a year and a half of daily use, plus the pen stopped working smoothly on certain areas of the page. Placed my order on August 14th through their site, but I never received any kind of order confirmation email with a number attached to it, just a payment confirmation from PayPal. Without an order number, I couldn't track anything, so I emailed their customer service team on August 22nd. Still nothing back from them, not even a receipt showing my message was received. The product itself is fantastic and I enjoy using it, but their customer service is basically absent. Going forward I'll probably just stick to buying through Amazon or skip Rocketbook altogether since they apparently can't handle sending basic order confirmations or invoices to customers.
Tried reaching out to support several different ways through both email and their website contact form with absolutely no luck. Ordered a few Rocketbooks over ten days ago and haven't heard anything back about shipping status. I'm honestly doubtful my order will ever arrive. Hoping I can at least get a refund. I contacted their US team and they basically told me that since I'm in Europe, the UK office needed to handle it, so I sent them a message asking them to bump mine up in priority. Still radio silence days later. Honestly feel like I got taken advantage of here and I'm out of ways to try getting in touch. They really just need to actually respond to customers and keep them in the loop. Update: things changed once they finally did respond. They came through and my Rocketbooks showed up, and I'm genuinely happy with them. Changed my rating to reflect that. The products are solid, but their website could use an upgrade and the whole support system needs some reorganizing. To be fair, the team is friendly when you do connect with them, they just need better processes in place.
Still waiting on shipment for an order I placed in August. UPS hasn't even received the package yet to deliver it to me. This was supposed to be a gift for my son and I placed it quite a while ago. The lack of response from their team to my emails is completely unacceptable. I'm pretty frustrated with how this has been handled.
