The problem is these aren't the vouchers I actually needed. I've submitted another request with the correct vouchers specified. Original situation: I bought 2 spa vouchers about six weeks back for my daughter's birthday spa day. When I went on the Gilt website today to print them out, I realized I couldn't access or print the vouchers at all. I called their customer service line and waited half an hour just to talk to someone who could send the vouchers by email. They told me the email would take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Since the spa appointments were coming up in just 2 days, I let them know and they said they'd email it within 24 hours instead. Fingers crossed they follow through on that.
