This site is not trustworthy. If something is out of stock, that information should be clearly displayed before you order. I didn't find out my coin was on back order until after I completed my purchase. I ordered on March 1st and it's now the 31st with zero updates, though they had no problem sending me a promotional email with a discount code right away. I called today to see what was happening and learned it's still backordered. The woman who answered wasn't helpful at all, and when I asked to cancel the order, she said okay and hung up without further conversation. I'm not confident they'll process my refund in a timely manner. Items that aren't actually in stock shouldn't be listed for sale. This company doesn't operate with integrity and I can't recommend them.

Placed an order for a substantial quantity of silver bars in early January that included a complimentary bag of Buffalo Nickels. The silver bars shipped on January 15th, but two months later in early March, the free bag still hadn't arrived. When I called to check on it, the salesman told me the bag had been cancelled without my knowledge or consent. He transferred me to customer service, where I was assured the bag would ship immediately with delivery in 5 to 7 days. This situation has frustrated me enough that I'm considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This suggests the company mishandled the coins during storage or shipping, leaving them worth only spot price around $32 each. I lost a considerable amount of money. When I contacted the company, they denied everything. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this outfit.

Purchased two one ounce silver eagle bullion coins, one with 24k gold plating and another with ruthenium plating. Brought them both to a local coin dealer for evaluation and was told neither one was actually .999 fine silver.
