The plug in warmer itself is fine, but I'm not impressed with the actual wax. My lavender one hardly gives off any scent at all. I really want something I can actually smell when I'm in my room, nothing too strong but just something noticeable.

Their customer service team is seriously top notch. My warmer started acting up and luckily it was still under warranty. They shipped out a replacement power cord first to see if that would fix it, and when that didn't work they sent me a brand new warmer without any hassle. All their scent options are great, plus I really appreciate how simple it is to peel off the old wax when it's dried. I've been using other brands for years, but Happy Wax is my new favorite!
