When I asked about delivery status, I was told my order number belonged to an old delivery that had already been completed. I sent them proof of my current order number and proof that my payment went through on the purchase date, but never heard back. Called several times and was treated rudely each time, told they had no record of me or my order even though they had no problem taking my money. This is completely unacceptable. They're dishonest and poorly behaved.
Waiting a week for my order to even get sent out is ridiculous. They're happy to take your money but getting the tea actually shipped seems to be a problem. I reached out to customer service and got nothing back. Really frustrated with this experience.
I've been ordering from Harney since 2020 through both their site and Amazon. In October, I placed two separate orders a week apart. After over a week without tracking info for either one, especially my first order, I called customer service. They claimed it should've shipped and would arrive soon. That didn't happen. After several more days with no tracking, I emailed and got no response. I called again and still hadn't received my first order and was just getting my second one. Again I felt blown off and was promised it would come in a couple days, but no tracking appeared so I knew I was being given false information. Be careful ordering from here. Their service standards have dropped significantly. They'll take your payment but good luck knowing when you'll actually get your tea. What really upset me was that nobody seemed to actually care about my situation.
