After having booked a particular day…
After having booked a particular day for the delivery, as asked, the delivery didn't happen, without any mail or message to let me know when or even if the delivery would be rebooked. I took a day off from my work for this delivery, and stayed at home the next day to not miss it. It finally arrived 2 days later while I was at home by chance. The delivery guy refused to bring the product at my door : no stairs to climb for him since I live at ground floor, and no excuses for the 2 days I waited : not his problem as he answered me. I had to carry it myself ,the multiple boxes, for a total weight over 100kg. I will not buy any product from Homary again, and I do not recommend this company.

Dresser showed up completely unusable,
We ordered a bedroom set, the bench showed up first which is very nice, about 3 weeks later the bed showed up also pretty nice, took about 5 months for the dresser to show up and it is horrible. Out of six drawers only one is operational, the quality is horrible, doesn't match the rest of the set and Homary will not honor it's return policy because it is so slow replying to me that we are now out of the 30-day return window.

If it was possible 0 stars product looks nothing like the picture even when I went and bought a 9in mattress like they suggested although I already had my 14inch mattress mind you they suggest this after I had already purchased the bed then they wanted to change it and send it 2 months later than the expect delivery date don’t waste your money all together I wasted $1200 on the bed and $600 on a mattress size I didn’t really want

I ordered a coffee table
I ordered a coffee table, to be delivered in two boxes, with two tracking numbers. Only one arrived, but they marked my order as complete, and when I challenged it they lied and said it had been delivered even though they can clearly see in Royal mail website it has NOT been delivered. Thankfully the delivery driver knew me, sorted out Homary's error and I now have the table, no thanks to Homary. The table is hollow, which I expected to be solid, esp at this price, it looks nice, but these are mass produced, so someone is getting very wealthy selling these. It also means the table is not as robust as I expected.
