Purchased the Hynova AX-2 bidet from them and was dissatisfied immediately upon testing it. The flush cycle makes a terrible loud banging sound, like pounding an eight pound hammer on the ground, happening twice per cycle. Water splashes on you while you're sitting. Tried fixing the valve but got nowhere. The valve adjustment created loud sounds in addition to the banging, forcing me to restore full flow. The remote control doesn't work properly and frequently ignores commands. Nearly every day we have to remove and reinsert batteries just to get it functioning. The foot activated sensor won't work with covered feet and barely functions with bare feet. Notified customer service of our dissatisfaction right away. They told us we pay for return shipping and refused to honor any return. We gave them $800 and they wouldn't accept it back. Do not shop with this company, look for a better vendor.
