Major decline in customer service

I agree with some other reviewers in that I have bought from them many times and service has declined. My most recent orders have been terrible. It takes forever for in stock items to ship. My last order had an error. I used the website within minutes of the order to attempt to correct it. I got no response. I sent another 2 days later since my order had not been fulfilled. No response either. Order shipped with the error. I called and was told the website form doesn't communicate with the orders department. They also could not issue me a return label until after the order arrived even though I knew I needed a return. Still never got a response from the website saying...Hey, not our game, contact xxx. Also, since they switched to Shop it really sucks. Shop things can only be done from the app on a phone. No website useage at all with this. I am done with this business

Contempt for their customers, literally no customer service

I would give negative stars if I could. This company used to be great, and I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them in the past. They have gone right down the tubes. They don’t care about their customers whatsoever, are incompetent, and provide no way to make returns, and don’t answer any outreach efforts AT ALL via phone or email or social media. Again, they have literally zero customer service. But they sure have a team to pump out regular emails to the world about how great their deals are. Second biggest complaint? Incompetence. There was no packing list in the order I received two months ago, no invoice, and two of the items were totally incorrect. Zero accountability, zero way to get in touch with them. After repeated attempts to call and email them, with no way to leave any voicemails and no answers to any of my emails or social media messages, I went on to every single horse group I know and posted about how terrible they’ve become. Sadly, I saw other frustrated customers on Facebook and Instagram doing the same thing, so I know it’s not just me.This company deserves to go under for the way they are fraudulently operating. I will never give them another dime of my money, ever. If we had any kind of consumer protection bureau left, I’d file with them too. I’ve also left a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a Rainsman sweet iron snaffle…

I ordered a Rainsman sweet iron snaffle 10 days ago and according to Horseloverz.com it was just shipped out. It's supposed to have final delivery through USPS with DHL being the initial carrier. USPS still doesn't have possession of the item and as of today nobody can tell me where it is. Ten days later and I really have no idea where the bit is at this point!!! I called Horseloverz and was told by a rather rude woman that it was shipped and I just need to wait for an update from USPS. If I don't see it within a few days, I'll put it into dispute with Visa...MY ADVISE IS DON'T ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!

It has been over month and I have not…

It has been over month and I have not received my order, nor have I had any communication. There are tracking numbers on the order which say the item was never shipped and the other tracking number does not exist. I have tried the live chat and to call with no response. Not happy at all. Will never do business with them again.

Scam company

I placed an order on 11-26-20. After nearly 2 weeks and several messages , I finally got an email stating I needed to verify my shipping address. I did so immediately, its been over a week and it still hasn't shipped.obviously. I won't be getting my gifts in rime. More messages are being ignored. I just sat on hold for 15 minutes with a recording telling me I was moving up in the que just to have another recording say there was no one to help me and hang up on me(during business hours) So, I can't even get a refund. Do not waste your time or money this company is a joke.

Not A Good Site To Do Business With

"We recently placed an order with horseloverz.com and it was not a good experience at all. Not only was there absolutely no communication from them at all, but it took almost a month to get our order. Then, upon receiving our order we only received one of two items we ordered. We received one of our items and a packing slip that just says "refund" next to the other item. They never even emailed us about it at all. We will never place another order with this site and I would not recommend anyone order from this site."

Really awesome

Really awesome! I just called customer service because the item that I had ordered was cancelled due to being out of stock. It was an item that was a part of set so I ended up getting an upgrade after offering them to pay a tiny bit extra. Super awesome customer service for what would be considered a discount store. I'll definitely be recommending them to all my friends.

Poor product, poor shipping, poor service

I purchased a pony coat from Horseloverz.com and received it late and in terrible condition. It was in an old package that was sun-worn and for a coat much bigger than what was received. When we got the coat out, it was used, rusty, and had hair all over it. We tried to return it; however, they said that it was not received in a resell-able condition and that it would have to be returns or destroyed with no refund either way. We opted to have it shipped back to us, but they did not ship it back to us in the agreed upon time and I had to contact them again to get it back.We had to pay for shipping all ways (to us originally, back to them for review, and back to us again) and the whole thing has been a hassle. I am very disappointed with my experience with Horseloverz.com and will not be ordering anything from them again.

The saddle I bought arrived damage (not due to shipping but poor oversight in the QC department). I had to call twice to check up on my order regarding the next steps in sending it back. Once I sent it back, I had to call (again) twice to find out the status on my refund. Finally they said they would issue my refund, great! I waited two days and still didn’t receive a notice that the refund was initiated.. I emailed and called AGAIN asking about my refund. Finally they refunded my money this morning. If I didn’t follow up with the customer service department numerous times, I probably wouldn’t have received my refund. Oh & when I sent back my saddle and it clearly was delivered, they tried telling me there was no record I sent it back.
