I'd rate this lower if possible. This company used to be dependable, and I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. Now they've completely fallen apart. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them, they're disorganized, there's no return process, and they ignore all attempts to reach them whether it's phone, email, or social media. Seriously, they have absolutely no customer support infrastructure. Yet somehow they still manage to send out marketing emails constantly about their latest deals. My second major frustration is their overall incompetence. My order from two months back had no packing slip, no receipt, and two items were completely different from what I ordered. They take zero responsibility and there's no way to contact them. I've called and emailed repeatedly with zero response, no voicemail option, and nothing back via social platforms. So I started posting about my experience in every horse community I'm part of, and unfortunately I found other unhappy customers doing the same on Facebook and Instagram. This place needs to shut down given how they're conducting business. I'm done with them for good.

It's been more than a month and my order hasn't arrived. There's been zero contact from the company. One tracking number shows the item was never sent out, and the other doesn't work at all. I've tried their chat feature and phone with nothing but silence. This is really disappointing. I won't be ordering from them again.

The product photo made it look like it came with 2 billets but it was actually just one, and that's what you were paying for. The item itself was nice quality. I'd like to grab a couple more but I'm hoping to find a better deal on them.
