Worst electronic company in america. If you get a printer 100% you will spend more time fixing it than using it. Currently have a HP officejet pro 8625 that I got for around 500$ worst purchase in my life. spent more time fixing the damn machine than using it. Will never purchase from HP ever again!!!

Worst customer experience of my lifeI ordered one of the new HP Omen MAX 45L desktops in JanuaryI checked before purchasing with sales that the ram was 6000MT/S, was told yesSince arrival in mid January, I have spent the time endlessly troubleshooting, mostly alone, as the PC does not run at the advertised speedsOnce set to turbo mode to boost the ram to the advertised speed of 6000mt/s the next cold boot results in a recovery screen that requires a full BIOS resetI purchased the 3 year on site care pack as part of the orderIt explicitly states that you get within that 24/7 customer supportThe reality is you have a virtual GPT that cannot answer basic questions or have whatsapp / telephone during business hours onlyThis meant that at one point I was asked to do a 4 hour troubleshoot test, but given no advice on what to do based on the results and to wait until Monday to hear backWhile I have been offered a replacement, I have not had any apology, remorse or urgency throughoutI have not been told explicitly that the next PC will not have the same issueI have paid nearly 4k, to have a PC and care pack that is essentially, false advertisingMy first month owning this PC will have consisted of barely using it, troubleshooting alone, then having to send it back and wait an extended period to maybe, if I'm lucky, find out that it was a defect unitRather than what it looks like, HP overhyping their specs while hiding in the disclaimer the actual speed of ram Companies make mistakes, but this is genuinely a horrendous company to put your trust in, there is nothing I can recommend about HPI went into this knowing the HP Omen line had many scandals and that the Omen Max was supposed to address those, so like to think I am open minded See less

HP no longer supports the correct drivers to support Tahoe for the printer I have. They will sell me highly expensive ink and then not offer support or the software to use their product. I have been on Chat GPT for 2 hours try to get my printer to do duplex printing but Chat says HP no longer supports OS 26.

I had a great experience with HP customer support. The representative (Doha) I spoke with in Tunisia was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the entire process. They listened carefully to my issue, explained everything clearly, and resolved it efficiently. Excellent customer service and a real credit to HP.Warm regards,R.Williams

I would give support 0 stars. I bought a 65XL combo (Black and color ink cartridges) for $99.99. After printing 12-15 regular documents with very little colour, the color ink was flashing that it was low. I called customer service and she said the cartridge is low so I can't get a replacement. Yes, the cartridge is low even though I have not used any colour!! Then she indicated that it must be my printer because it is 7 years old and "obsolete". The printer has given me zero issues until this cartridge, and I don't feel I should have to go buy a new printer just so I can get cartridge warranty. I am very frustrated and after this call, I will be switching from using anything HP.

Literally the worst automated phone systems ever. I tried to call four different go customer service phone numbers and couldn’t get to a representative on any of them. Horrendous.

In November 2025, I purchased a business HP notebook costing over €1,000. At the end of December, a memory issue occurred once. As this could have been a false positive, we initially decided to monitor the situation. At the beginning of January, the problem occurred a second time. On January 8, we contacted HP immediately. The notebook is covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. According to HP, we were only one week outside the first month in which onsite repair was available. As a result, the notebook had to be collected for repair instead of being repaired onsite. Labour costs are still covered under the warranty. After the phone call on January 8, we heard nothing further from HP. Only after contacting them again did it become clear that errors had been made in HP’s system. This happened twice in a row. If we had not followed up ourselves, we would likely still not have received any update at all.As of January 26, 2026, the notebook has still not been collected. With every contact, we are told this will happen “tomorrow,” but no one has shown up so far. Last week, I filed a formal complaint, but to date I have received no response.Today, I contacted HP again and requested that, given the minimal delay and the long handling time, an onsite technician be sent at HP’s expense. Even then, no clear commitment could be given. The overall impression is that customers are simply not taken seriously. We sell hundreds of HP notebooks every year, but this experience has seriously undermined our confidence. This is not the level of service you would expect for business-class equipment in this price range.

If I could put negative stars I would.I am astonished that a big company like HP are scammers and their communication is dreadful (but that’s part of the scamming) I bought a laptop which arrived and was faulty, so I had to return for a replacement. I sent it back and it arrived the next day. Then I heard nothing for 17 days so I rang and asked for a refund instead (they had no laptops in stock but they could have just emailed) After speaking to 9 different people over 4 weeks I realised they were trying to keep my money by sending me in circles and claiming (over and over and over) they needed to check the laptop had returned to them which it had 6 weeks before. Eventually my husband had to threaten to take them to small claims court before they started the refund (in that email they seemed to suddenly know the laptop made it back 6 weeks previously)I haven’t received it yet but I have enough to claim it via my bank if needed (probably likely)Don’t let them scam you out of your money and avoid buying with them (especially online)

HP stole money from my wife. She returned a laptop that was defective and instead of refunding the cash price as agreed, they have been fobbing her off for the past 6months.Avoid this company at all costs
