Even though I paid extra for expedited shipping, someone else's order arrived with my address on the label. When I opened it, there was a packing slip inside showing another customer's details and what they had ordered. I contacted their support team and they told me to take it back to the post office, which I did right away. A week passed and still no sign of my original order. After calling them again, I had to go ahead and cancel the whole thing. Now I'm stuck waiting on a refund for almost two hundred dollars and it's been taking forever. Their customer service is really disappointing since I handled everything on my end. Their promise of discreet packaging clearly doesn't mean much. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
