When I spoke up about it, instead of taking responsibility, she reported me. The fact that she's acting this way when the store is closing down speaks volumes about her character and values. I hope her future employers learn about this behavior.
Placed an order in early December and it never showed up. The tracking info stayed stuck saying delivery would happen by 9pm, which it repeated for about two weeks straight without any change. When I finally reached customer service, they gave me zero explanation about what happened. They did say they'd send a refund, though I'm still waiting to see it actually hit my account. This experience has me completely turned off from ordering with them again.
