What Shoppers Say About iD Tech
iD Tech earns strong ratings from most reviewers, with 25 shoppers rating the service 4.7 out of 5. The vast majority of parents report that their children show genuine enthusiasm and engagement during lessons and programs, with several noting long-term satisfaction with the organization. Instructors like Claudia receive specific praise for being understanding and making complex concepts accessible.
However, a small but significant group of reviewers report serious concerns. Some parents have experienced technical issues, such as persistent wifi problems during camps that cost over $1000, with refunds they felt were inadequate relative to the service failures. Most troubling are complaints about subscription practices and billing, with at least one reviewer alleging unauthorized continued charges after requesting cancellation, describing the practice as unethical. Prospective customers should carefully review terms and confirmation emails, particularly regarding subscription terms and cancellation procedures.

Sorted by: Most recentI really like how well the instructors and students keep in touch about progress. The teacher does a good job paying attention when the student explains what they want to accomplish and then either walks through it or talks it over so everyone's clear on the plan. On top of that, our son has gotten better at speaking up with confidence.
Such a fantastic program! Everything was organized perfectly and our kid couldn't have had more fun!
The kids are really into the BattleBots program. They get to construct a robot and compete against the other teams' creations. It was an awesome week for them.
Our son had such a good time that he wanted to come back the following week, but our schedule didn't work out. We're definitely planning to register him next summer.
