Sorted by: Most recentIgnatius Press is genuinely an outstanding Catholic publisher, and I've been a repeat customer for years. I've always spoken highly of them to friends and family. Unfortunately, I have to warn people about one thing: don't buy gift certificates through their website. Honestly, calling their customer service team directly is the way to go. I've had nothing but problems ordering gift certificates online. I got a confirmation saying the certificates were sent to my email. I checked multiple times, even my spam folder. Nothing was there. When I reached out using the contact info from that confirmation, I was told the phone number and email on it were incorrect and I'd need to contact some technical support desk instead. After that, getting help from an actual person became impossible. It seems like Ignatius Press hasn't worked out their system for handling gift certificate orders placed on the site. They'd do themselves and loyal customers a huge favor by removing that option.
Great experience on my first order with Ignatius Press. Ordered a DVD that showed up within five days. The product details were really helpful and accurate. Got email confirmations for both my order and when it shipped out. The carrier handled delivery well. My only minor complaint was getting bombarded with promotional emails that I never signed up for, but once I hit unsubscribe they stopped right away.
