Skip ordering directly from this company. I sent back an item and heard absolutely nothing. The only way to contact them is through email with automated replies. There's no phone number to call. I mailed my item back with all the necessary details and tracking showed it arrived, but I'm just out the money.

Ordering straight from Isotoner is incredibly frustrating. You place an order and they won't cancel it no matter how quickly you reach out. Their customer service is awful - no phone line that's easy to find, and when you do get a number, you just get a voicemail telling you to email them. Nobody picks up. I got stuck with an order I didn't want and had to pay to ship it back unopened. Then they charged me a $10 restocking fee even though I used my own return label, not theirs. I ended up finding the exact same gloves on Amazon for $15 with free shipping and zero problems. I only bought from them because someone requested those specific gloves. Will never order from them again.

Got my slippers and the sizes are completely off. They won't cover return shipping for sizing problems. I'm done buying from them, and honestly the slippers themselves are flimsy and thin - nothing like the quality they used to make.

I bought 2 new pairs to replace ones I'd loved for almost 6 years - wore them daily around the house and even outside to grab mail thanks to the rubber sole. They stayed in great shape even after multiple washings. The new pairs were completely different - cheap quality. Customer service did respond fast and refunded me right away, which surprised me since they said just toss them instead of returning them. That told me they knew these were no good. I did return both anyway, and after 4 weeks with no word, I had to reach out to ask about the refund for the second pair. They wanted a tracking number, which I gave them, and then promised to process it. I doubt they would've refunded me if I hadn't followed up myself. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd rather work with a company that has actual people to talk to and stands behind their products.
