I visited the JD Sports Henry Street store on 7 February around 7:00 pm with my wife to make a purchase.One of the items we considered was a Montirex full zip top, which was displayed with a reduced price label showing a discount from €48 to €20. Based on this information, we decided to proceed to the checkout.At the till, we were informed that the price was €48, not €20. When I pointed out the reduced price label, multiple staff members became involved, but the explanations provided were unclear and inconsistent, with no clear ownership of the issue. We were eventually told it was a pricing error and that the item could not be sold at the displayed reduced price.While I understand that pricing mistakes can happen, the situation was made worse by the dismissive and unprofessional manner in which my concerns were handled when I expressed dissatisfaction. The overall interaction escalated unnecessarily and left us feeling unwelcome as customers.I did not proceed with the purchase of that item. Overall, a very disappointing experience due to misleading price labelling and poor customer service.

Would not recommend. I purchased three T-shirts, but after a two-week delivery period, I received only two items. I contacted customer service and was advised that the missing T-shirt would be sent to me. This did not occur.I was then informed that I had been refunded for the missing item; however, no proof of refund could be provided, and no refund appears in my bank records. Subsequently, I was told that the missing T-shirt had in fact been delivered with the original order, which directly contradicts earlier communications.

Black Friday experience from Hell, item of clothing was labelled incorrectly on a few items (same items) you are led to believe the price due to the enormous Black Friday sale banners all over the shop, the clothes themselves had a sale tag, but when it was brought to the till they said it was a 'mistake' no explanation and 55 email exchanges with robot responses later and still no actual reply from the Blackpool Store in Cork.

Ordered a pair of runners on the 15th of Jan €170, paid €4.99 for express delivery which said 48 hours. I still haven't received the order. Exactly a week ago today they were ordered. What am I paying for express delivery for if it's not express? It might seem petty, but I want my €4.99 back. Email customer care and still waiting on a response. Ridiculous.

I ordered 3 items the first time and they got cancelled without my knowing, was waiting for them for more than 2 weeks and until I didnt call never found out they were cancelled. Second time i just ordered 1 item a Liverpool jersey for a kid and pay for the personalisation 18€ this time I got the jersey without the personalisation! When go the shop and said they don’t do it and that if I reordered they would not guaranty I’ll get the personalisation as some warehouses don’t do it. My point, why do they give you the option online if they don’t do it. Obviously I got my money back but all the week they made me miss and wait, was not very profesional from their side.

Just terrible service both in shop and online, tried to buy runners for my son in store liffey valley before xmas but after asking for proper size girl took them upstairs to check for 25min she passed me in and out thru that door i gave up in the end, went home and bought them online 1st order went missing I rang after waiting 2 wks was guaranteed they be delivered within 8days delivery came after 4 days no runners after spending another hour on phone turns out runners were never sent out even on 1st delivery 4 wks wasted waiting and chasing a item that wasn't even in stock. Il never again shop jd sports

Mum bought me some trainers and was able to return them after she got me the wrong size. But the process was quick so well done on their part. Now got a lovely pair that fits me. yippy

They advertise discounted stock that are not available when you go to pay. Really poor way of attracting attention. I even saw the bag I was looking at trending upwards at lower cost next day

Just got my order from JD sports online store yesterday and I ordered and paid for UGG Women's shoes and used 20% on their app. What I got instead of UGG shoes in my package is NEW balance trainers. They look nothing alike. How could anyone on their team make such mistake? I'm very disappointed. Two complete different brands. If your UGG shoes were out of stock when I paid for it a week ago then you could've said it. Not send me the wrongs shoes!?
