JD Sports' return policy allows for returns in most cases, whether you shopped online or in a store.
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned within 45 days of the original purchase with the original Sales Receipt. Apparel and accessories must have tags attached, and footwear must be in its original box.
- Returns Without a Receipt: If you don't have a Sales Receipt, JD Sports may, at their discretion, offer an exchange or store credit for the item's lowest price in the 45 days prior to the return. No cash refunds are provided in these situations.
- Return Locations:
- In-store purchases: Can be returned to any JD Sports or Finish Line store in the U.S. or U.S. Territories.
- Online purchases: Can be returned to any JD Sports or Finish Line store, or by mail to the JD Finish Line warehouse.
- Refunds: All refunds are credited to your original form of payment or on a JD Sports Gift Card. If you return an item paid for with PayPal to a physical store, you will receive a cash refund.

Contact JD Customer Care as soon as possible. While they will do their best to help, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if the order has already shipped. If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. If the order has shipped, you will need to return the item once it arrives.
