Sorted by: Most recentMy order arrived months after I placed it with no tracking information sent my way. I'm based overseas in Europe and was really hoping for some updates. I had bought a mezuzah, a scroll, and two bracelets that were supposed to be from Rachel's Tomb. When it showed up, everything came in a basic cardboard box. The items inside weren't put together well at all. The scroll was just thrown into a thin plastic bag that was wide open with basically no protection, so I got lucky it didn't fall apart. The website said the mezuzah would come with double sided tape, but mine was in a cardboard case with no tape at all. As for the bracelets, I only received one of them sitting in a small dark box. Still unsure what happened to the second bracelet.
