Ordered a nice top for my wife’s…
Ordered a nice top for my wife’s anniversary present. Delivery by Evri a disaster as the item was lost(stolen?) in transit. Requested a full refund from JulesB by email (no phone answering service). Now 2 weeks since ordering and no refund or acceptance of loss. Bad customer service and not impressed.

JuleB Uk is my great online store for Fred Perry
JuleB UK is a great online store for my favorite- Fred Perry designer shirt, polos and outer wear. The recent purchase of 1 polo and 1 -jacket/outer wear were both perfect fit. Plus this time I was shock I received my order in less than 7 days via UPS delivery, which a great delivery improvement from UK store to BC Canada. Note: The old delivery process 2 years ago by Royal Mail sucks- it takes 1 month.

first time purchaser - returns process not working
first time purchaser and so far not so good, item arrived fine but it doesn't suit me and i need to return. My QR code on the return slip doesn't work, went directly to the royal mail page to generate the label and that doesn't work and the phone line is continuously engaged. How am I meant to return an unwanted item? I won't be buying from you again. It cost £97 so I need my return to work

I ordered 2 x dr vjanjes 500ml…
I ordered 2 x dr vjanjes 500ml diffusers at £104 EACH , so an indulgent purchase for my home . They were delivered within a couple of days, but without the reeds. So they can’t be used, I immediately phoned to complain and spoke to a woman on the who assured me she’d get onto it and come back to me . This never happened and now I’m 2 weeks waiting and the customer care phone line has a message saying they are not taking calls and to email, which I have twice and got no reply. If you can’t supply a product fit for purpose, don’t take my money or send it in the hope I’ll be happy. You wouldn’t send trainers without laces would you!!
