This is my go-to shop for my favorite designer brand polos, shirts, and jackets. My latest order of a polo and an outer piece both fit perfectly. I was really happy to get this shipment in under 7 days via international courier to Canada, which is a huge improvement from their old Royal Mail service that used to take a month.

My order shows as delivered by the carrier but never actually showed up. I've been going back and forth trying to track it down and waiting for someone to get back to me about the issue.

When I tried calling, the system said they were too busy for calls. Sent two follow-up emails with no reply. This is unacceptable customer care and frankly insulting. I'll dispute it with my card issuer if needed, but honestly, go somewhere else. Find a retailer that actually values your business.

I paid extra for the faster delivery option and tried reaching out through email, Instagram, and Facebook with zero responses. Their phone line doesn't seem to be taking calls either.
