Ordered some grips and two weeks later they randomly canceled the whole thing. These people are unprofessional. Don't bother with them.

I'd give Just Golf Stuff even lower than one star if I could. I bought a club set for my son as a Christmas gift in late November. On December 1st I got an email saying it shipped. When the clubs still hadn't come by December 9th, I reached out to ask what was going on. They told me the clubs were sold out, they were giving me my money back, and there was nothing they could do, with only two weeks left before Christmas. Not only did they have nearly two weeks to tell me my order couldn't be filled but they never mentioned it, they also sent me a shipping confirmation with tracking info. I would've kept waiting if I hadn't contacted them myself. Skip this company.

I ordered two dozen Callaway Chrome Soft overrun logo balls but got sent Callaway Chrome Tour instead. I let them know I got the wrong product and wanted the Soft that I actually paid for. They claimed the Chrome Soft had an issue and was being pulled from inventory, so returning the Tour balls for a refund was my only option. I decided to just keep the Tour balls since I needed them anyway. Then a week later I see their promotional email advertising the Chrome Soft as available. Either they weren't being straight with me or they're still selling stuff they say isn't in stock.

Got a Northern Spirit golf bag that doesn't work like it's supposed to. If your clubs are on the taller side, this bag just won't cooperate. Just Golf Stuff won't back up what they're selling.

They wouldn't respond to my customer service emails until I threatened a credit card chargeback, then suddenly they got back to me in 5 minutes. I live just outside the city limits but apparently that's too far for them to deliver to, even though delivery trucks go down my street constantly. They wouldn't deliver to me but would ship to my relative who lives even further away from the warehouse. Ended up getting my order sent somewhere else and I have to pick it up on a future trip. They refused to even listen to what I had to say. That was bad enough, but looking back at other problems I've had, I finally decided to write this. Once they get your money, they're done caring. Also tried ordering during a 3 for 60 dollar shirt promotion. Two of us ordered together, added 6 shirts, and suddenly the deal didn't work. Then there was a 2 for 70 long sleeve sale but the site wouldn't let you add pairs to your cart no matter what, and if you did manage it, they charged full price. So we had to place separate orders and split stuff up across them just to avoid paying more. Only giving 2 stars because the actual deals are good when you can get them. Otherwise this place is a mess.

Grabbed some Nike golf polos on sale and ordered them based on the photos. When they arrived, they had random logos printed on them that weren't shown in the pictures. Turns out there was fine print in a hidden section that mentioned these were leftover inventory from tournament printing jobs. Since it was final sale, they wouldn't take them back. The photos were misleading and the product details should've been upfront. Won't be coming back.
