Purchased a Long Sleeve Half Zip Throwshirt back in April and I'm really disappointed. At 200 dollars, I expected better craftsmanship. The stitching is messy and unfinished, and there's an inside pocket that wasn't even properly sewn. KAVU needs to step up their quality control standards or lower their prices to match what they're actually delivering.

This strap cap is honestly the best outdoor hat I've ever owned. It stays on your head no matter what, super comfortable to wear, and built to last. Plus it's made right here in the USA. Definitely impressed with KAVU's work on this one.

Ordered something in early January and it never shipped. Tried reaching out through email twice with zero response, and their DMs go ignored too. After waiting nearly two weeks, I finally called and was told the item was picked and would go out that day or the next. A few days later I get an email saying they're out of stock and canceled the whole thing for a completely different reason. I've tried emailing them again but honestly don't expect to hear back. This company has really bad customer service and I won't be ordering from them again.

I spent 90 dollars on a shirt from them and after wearing it just twice, the pattern started coming apart and peeling off. I sent them an email asking about getting a replacement and they never even bothered to respond. Really frustrated with this purchase and won't be shopping with them again.

Still haven't heard anything about the order I placed on February 28th. Their website says orders placed before 3pm ship the same day through a tracked mail service, but mine never showed up. I've sent multiple emails and only get automated responses saying they'll get back to me within one business day. When I try calling, nobody picks up. Is this actually a legitimate business?
