Looks like the shipping company misplaced it or sent it somewhere wrong. When I reached out to King Kong's support team, they immediately offered to ship a replacement without any hassle. They were even cool with sending it to a different country address so I could grab it while I was traveling abroad. As for the bag itself, it's genuinely fantastic. Sure, it costs more than your typical gym bag, but if you're serious about lifting it's totally worth the investment. What's crazy is it's actually more compact than the standard duffel I was using before, yet it manages to fit more stuff because the design is so smart. The compartments and organizational features are really well thought out. I don't waste time digging through one huge main pocket anymore looking for my gear. I can keep my towel and lifting shoes where I want them along with my regular clothes, and all the smaller sections hold my straps, clamps, knee wraps, and bottle.
