I bought 2 dresses through a major department store to try them on before a wedding event, spending about 400 dollars total. The dresses themselves looked nice but ran small, so I sent them back through the third party return system at that retailer since I didn't realize at the time that Kiyonna needs to handle returns differently. I dropped off the return on February 21st. It's now mid-March and my credit card still hasn't been refunded. I've tried calling multiple times but just get voicemail. I've also sent several emails with zero response. At this point I've filed a dispute with my credit card. SERIOUS WARNING: Shopping here is incredibly frustrating if something doesn't work out. Their return process is a nightmare.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They're running a scam operation. You have to mail everything back, and then they'll claim they never received it or that you sent the wrong thing. Look at what people are saying online - this happens constantly. I have documentation showing my package arrived on their end. Now they're insisting I sent back a wrong size in a different style, which makes zero sense since I never even owned that item. I returned the exact same dress in the exact same packaging it came in. I've had to get my credit card company involved because this appears to be their standard practice. STAY AWAY.

Amazing customer service experience! I spotted this gorgeous wedding dress on another retailer's site and grabbed a size 3x, but they let me know it was sold out. Since I was worried about missing out, I immediately went to Kiyonna's actual website and ordered a 1x instead. On the same day, I sent them a message asking if they had the larger size in their warehouse. To my surprise, Amanda from their team responded on Monday saying she tracked down the 3x and switched my order before it shipped! I couldn't believe how quickly and helpfully they handled everything. Absolutely thrilled with how this turned out!

This has been my worst shopping experience ever. I was looking for the Middleton dress in a 2x, and Carrie from their sales team promised via chat that she'd reserve my order until the item restocked. She said they'd honor the original price and ship everything together in one box so I wouldn't have crazy shipping costs up here in Canada. Then my order shipped without the dress. I called and found out through Gabby that this style won't be available at all anymore. So basically I was tricked into buying something I never wanted. The kicker is they sell the same dress on Amazon in my size, but apparently I'm not allowed to have it from them directly even though they're the actual seller. Absolutely horrible. I will never shop here again. Their customer service is worthless, and they cannot be trusted.

Excellent! My wardrobe is packed with Kiyonna dresses and I feel fantastic in every single one. I don't get the negative feedback that's out there. If you actually read the comments customers leave on individual dress listings, those reviews make way more sense.

These pieces just didn't work for my body type. The material has a shiny finish that really emphasizes problem areas. I ordered three different styles but ultimately returned all of them. When I requested a refund, the company tried to push store credit on me instead. I had to push back hard because I'm just not interested in ordering from them again. Not a good fit for curvy shoppers in my opinion.

The dress looked colorful in the product photos, but that's definitely not what arrived at my door. It wasn't the right color or style at all compared to what I ordered. I ended up shopping at a different company instead and found something much better suited for the price. Won't be coming back here.
