Got my Barcelona chair delivery last week and the quality is honestly disappointing. The cushions and leather look great, but the frame is covered in visible sanding marks like it was roughed up by a machine shop before getting a quick chrome coat. You can clearly see all the poor workmanship underneath. This doesn't match what Knoll advertises at all. They claim their chrome is polished by hand and buffed to a mirror shine, but mine looks nothing like that. A real Barcelona chair should have that flawless, high-shine chrome finish where you can see your reflection clearly. I've bought similar chairs from other brands and their finishes are pristine. It's really not acceptable for a company of Knoll's reputation to send out something this rough around the edges.

Grabbed a lamp during their Black Friday sale and unfortunately it showed up with damage. To their credit, they handled the whole situation perfectly and just shipped me a replacement right away. I was honestly nervous about ordering from them at first after reading some rough reviews about other high-end furniture companies, but I figured it was worth a shot. Really glad I did. They proved that you really do pay for quality when you go with the right brand. From start to finish, everything was done professionally and with care. Definitely happy to order from them again in the future!
