Stay away from this company. I kept my membership active but asked them to stop it, and they never did. Then I had a pending order and asked them to cancel it, which they confirmed they would. But the next day they charged my card anyway and the wine showed up at my door. When I asked for my money back, they only wanted to give me a 10 percent discount so they wouldn't have to pick it up. I didn't accept that. Then they said it'd be 8 to 10 business days to return my funds. That's way longer than how fast they took the money out in the first place. It's been the worst customer service experience I've had.
Great quality wine, quick delivery, and fantastic advice. My specialist Joe has been looking after my orders for the last 4 years. Really outstanding customer care.
Stopped by their West Bridgford location on Sunday to get some guidance and got fantastic help from Dawn. We're definitely coming back to buy wine from them.
They signed me up to get a case delivered every 12 weeks at a really high price and I never agreed to it. There's no way to remove my card details from this membership thing. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

They used to be much better than this. I recently ordered a mixed case of red wines and they only sent me 3 bottles total, with 4 of each variety. Pretty disappointing honestly.

Their customer service is honestly terrible. I got attracted by an ad saying 40 percent off your first order. I usually buy wine somewhere else but thought I'd give it a shot because it seemed easier. Big mistake. I clicked their link, set up my account the right way, picked a subscription option, and ordered 8 bottles. They took the money right away. After a week with no word from them, I decided to reach out about my order. They came back saying they couldn't verify my age (I'm 44) and wanted me to email a copy of my passport. I was working hard and didn't expect they'd need that, plus they never asked for it when I bought the stuff. They just grabbed my cash and sat around waiting. It took me another couple of days to get my ID over to them so they'd ship the order. When I sent my passport, I also told them what I thought about how they handled the purchase. Their whole process was below standard.
