I was expecting it to ship within a reasonable timeframe, but after waiting about 10 days, nothing had moved. When I contacted them to ask what was going on, they told me it was on backorder and apologized for not letting me know that information upfront before I completed the purchase. Even though there was that hiccup, they really stepped up and made sure to expedite the delivery so I'd get it when I needed it. I really appreciate how hard they worked to make things right. Great customer service.
This was a terrible experience. There's basically no way to get in touch with anyone. I placed my order and paid for it in late September, but here we are in mid-October and I still haven't received any updates about what's happening with my purchase. Are the items out of stock? Is it delayed? Nobody will say. I tried reaching out to their support team three separate times and got absolutely nothing back. If this order even arrives at this point, I'm done with this company for good.
