The warranty service was more than I…
The warranty service was more than I expected. My tools were back looking like they were just bought yesterday. The warranty/service team did a good job in fixing and reconditioning my tools. Overall, Leatherman did a wonderful job in delivering their promise in delivering a high quality premium product backed with a solid solid aftersales service.

Excellent warranty and quality.
They just replaced my Leatherman under 20 year warranty, no quibbles, not even a receipt required, what a great service that matches great tools. Have tried others and they just don't match up.I look forward to using for another 20 years.

Customer service with Leatherman in Germany
I phoned up Leatherman in Germany, as I noticed my order had not been sent out. The problem was quickly solved and sent out with express delivery. The customer service is always very good and you always get a person on the phone!. The Guy who dealt with my problem was polite and friendly, 10/10. I have been a Leatherman customer for a long while and have always been impressed with the tools and the warranty they give, you pay a bit more but it's worth it in the long run.

At the end everything was fine
I had a problem with a refund. I think something went wrong inside the Leatherman's billing system. I takes a while but at the end the friendly guys from leatherman got managed to resolve the thing very generous. Thank you leatherman

I had a very positive experience with the support of the Customer Service in Germany, in particular a very hands-on and friendly staff member. I received prompt support about a mixed up orderand even got on top a useful gift. Wow, that was fine!
